Meetings                                                             

Membership meetings are held quarterly, and are usually luncheon meetings with a speaker or presentation on issues of interest to public managers. Attendance at membership meetings counts toward required hours for AGM/CPM certification. In December, the annual membership meeting is held and new officers are elected. Luncheon meetings begin at 11:30 a.m.

2010 membership meeting dates are:

• Thursday, March 4, 2010    Location: Witt Stephens Jr. Central Arkansas Nature Center, 602 President Clinton Ave., LR,  http://www.centralarkansasnaturecenter.com/ Following the meeting a staff member of the Nature Center will be available to give a tour of the facility to members who choose to stay. The tour will take approximately 30 minutes. 
• Thursday, June 3, 2010      Location: Ark. Real Estate Commission, 612 South Summit Street, Little Rock, AR
• Thursday, Sept. 2, 2010     Location: State Capitol Building
• Thursday, Dec. 2, 2010      Location:  Capitol Hill Building

ASCPM Board meetings are usually held the month before the quarterly membership meetings.

2010 Board meetings will be held at the Arkansas State Bank Department, 400 Hardin Road, Suite 100, Little Rock, AR 72211, (phone: 501-324-9019) on the following dates:

• Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. 
• Thursday, May 6, 2010 at 9:30 a.m.
• Thursday Aug. 5, 2010 at 9:30 a.m.
• Thursday, Nov. 4, 2010 at 9:30 a.m.
