Meetings 
Membership meetings are held quarterly, and are usually luncheon meetings with a speaker or presentation on issues of interest to public managers. Attendance at membership meetings counts toward required hours for AGM/CPM certification. In December, the annual membership meeting is held and new officers are elected. Luncheon meetings begin at 11:30 a.m.

ASCPM Board meetings are usually held the month before the quarterly membership meetings.
2011 Board meetings will be held at 9:30 a.m. at the Arkansas State Bank Department, 400 Hardin Road, Suite 100, Little Rock, AR 72211, (phone: 501-324-9019). All members in good standing are welcome to attend Board meetings. Board meetings will be held on the following dates:
